Marc's Gourmet Mushrooms was started in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic, from a hobby and passion for fungi. Now we want to share that passion with our community. 

Our operation is small, and dedicated to serving the thriving Columbus, GA culinary scene. We grow 14 different varieties of gourmet and functional mushroom species at our urban farm, right in the heart of Midtown Columbus, and we are always working to find new and interesting species to add to our collection.
